Schedule appointments with mayor and officials
Request online appointment with mayor, vice-mayor or department heads. See in real time available slots in their calendar, choose date and time that suit you. Specify meeting subject and necessary documents. Receive automatic confirmation and notifications before meeting. Option to reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice.
How to use the calendar
Guide for managing appointments and events
Access personal calendar
Log in and access 'My Calendar'. You will see all your events: manually made appointments, deadlines automatically added by system (tax deadlines, request deadlines), public events you registered for. View: by month, week or day.
Schedule a new appointment
Click 'Schedule appointment' and choose: Who you want appointment with (mayor, vice-mayor, department head), See availabilities in their calendar (days and hours with free slots), Select desired date and time, Complete: meeting subject, brief problem description, necessary documents. Receive confirmation by email and event appears in calendar.
Register for public events
Access 'Public Events' to see: Upcoming local council meetings with agenda, Public consultations on specific projects, Community events and activities. Click on event for complete details. If you want to participate, press 'Participate' and you will be registered. You will receive confirmation and reminder before event.
Configure notifications
In Settings > Calendar notifications, choose: When to be notified (7 days, 3 days, 1 day, 1 hour before), How to be notified (email, SMS, push notification), For what type of events (all, only appointments, only critical deadlines). Save preferences and system will send notifications automatically.
Synchronize with personal calendar
To see events also in your Google/Outlook/Apple calendar: Access Settings > Calendar synchronization, Select calendar type (Google, Outlook, iCloud), Authorize access (authentication page opens), Confirm what events to synchronize (all or only certain categories). From that moment, any event from 'My Calendar' will also appear automatically in personal calendar.
Manage existing appointments
For any calendar appointment you can: See complete details (click on event), Reschedule (if 24+ hours before), Cancel (with motivation, if necessary), Add personal notes (reminders). Upon completing an appointment, you can add feedback about meeting (optional, useful for service improvement).
